As the first point of contact for visitors, this role is central to welcoming the public, supporting daily operations and fostering meaningful connections within our community.

The Visitor Services Associate oversees front desk operations, supports visitor engagement, coordinates visitor services staff and volunteers, and helps ensure the museum’s galleries, shop, and public spaces operate smoothly and professionally.
