The New Jersey Youth Chorus, a program of Wharton Arts, is an auditioned choral program for children in grades three through twelve. We provide quality music education that encourages young people’s love and appreciation of choral music and nurtures their individual growth and development. Our ensembles perform at a variety of venues during the year and tour domestically and internationally each summer.

Job Description
The Program Manager provides leadership for the day-to-day operations and implementation of the New Jersey Youth Chorus (NJYC). This role is responsible for executing program activities, managing logistics, and maintaining systems that support a high-quality and seamless experience for choristers, families, and staff.

The Artist Services Manager plays a key role in developing and maintaining productive work relationships with the YA roster of teaching artists (independent contractors) who represent diverse artistic disciplines and offer performances, hands-on workshops and residencies for PreK-12 Students, and professional development for teachers.

The Count Basie Center for the Arts, located in the vibrant downtown district of Red Bank, New Jersey, seeks a highly organized, creative, and relationship-driven Events Manager to join our development team.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Development, this role is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and evaluation of fundraising and donor engagement events that advance the Basie Center’s mission. As a key member of the Development team, the Events Manager works collaboratively across departments, with Board and committee members, donors, sponsors, vendors, and community partners to create exceptional events and strengthen philanthropic support.
