The Development Manager works within a highly collaborative development team to meet overall fundraising goals and budgetary needs of the PSO. This position provides administrative support and assistance in the acquisition, stewardship, and retention of donors in order to build and advance lasting relationships that result in donations to the organization. It is approximately 50% administration and 50% event support.

The Development Manager ensures the smooth operation of the team by managing gift processing and acknowledgments, maintaining accurate donor and prospect records, and conducting research to identify new funding opportunities. Is responsible for a portfolio of stewardship events and provides administrative support to all events, regularly working nights and weekends.

The Executive Assistant provides trusted support across all aspects to the Director & CEO of The Newark Museum of Art. This role provides comprehensive administrative support, manages complex scheduling, prepares materials for meetings and board engagement, tracks priorities and follow-up items, and coordinates communication from the Director’s office. The Executive Assistant handles sensitive projects, performs a wide range of tasks essential to the smooth, efficient and effective operations of the executive office, and ensures that the Director & CEO is supported in all activities.

As a member of the Directors Group within the Leadership Team, the Controller is critical to the Museum’s Strategic Vision Plan. The Controller develops strong partnerships with department heads to promote cross-functional work. This individual oversees financial governance strategy and compliance and will work closely with the Interim CFO and Interim COO to keep Finance Committee members and the Trustees abreast of critical financial matters. Responsible for continuously evaluating the Museum’s financial risks to mitigate and minimize exposures. Leads financial business process improvement and change management. Collaborates to implement the organization’s strategy while promoting collective effort and unity.

McCarter Theatre Center is seeking skilled and collaborative Stage Technicians to support the full range of production activity across our venues. Working under the direction of the Stage Operations Director, Stage Technicians serve in a variety of capacities — including electrics, automation, props running, sound, and more — from load-in through performance and strike. This role works hands-on across our theaters, rehearsal spaces, and public areas, contributing to both the day-to-day demands of a busy producing and presenting organization and the ongoing care of McCarter's production infrastructure. Stage Technicians are a reliable, adaptable presence on a team committed to bringing exceptional work to the stage.

Liberty Hall Museum seeks one summer intern to contribute to the ongoing process of the museum’s archival remediation project. The intern will work with the curator to assist in arranging, describing, rehousing, and updating the finding aid. Opportunity to create a social media post may be available depending on project process. Additionally, the intern will help identify documents of preservation concern and assist in the remediation of preservation concerns when necessary.

The Grants and Development Manager is a part-time, flexible, and remote position, supporting the fundraising activities of New Jersey Theatre Alliance including corporate, government, foundation, and individual giving. The efforts support the annual and long-term organizational goals of the Board of Trustees. This position works in partnership with, and reports to the Executive Director. Nimbus SummerArts is a full-day performing arts camp for children ages 4–10 at our Springfield Ave studio. Each week has its own theme — kids spend the week exploring it through dance, theater, singing, and art — and every Friday the whole camp performs for families.

The A-1 Audio Engineer works closely with MPAC’s Production staff and crew to deliver high-quality audio support for live events. This role requires strong technical expertise, efficient execution, attention to detail, and experience mixing live entertainment on digital consoles.

The Gallery Host supports daily operations across the Welcome Center, Coat Check, and Galleries, serving as a key member of the Visitor Experience team. Reporting directly to the Endowed Chair of Arts in Health, this position will support the Arts in Health Distinguished Residency Program, the Arts in Health Salon and Speakeasy Series, the Scarlet Arts Rx Social Prescribing Program, the Rutgers Well-Being Concert Series, and the Arts in Health Research Lab, a partnership with the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) and Rutgers’ School of Public Health.
