The Production Assistant’s role is to provide operational support to the artistic and venue management teams. This is a part-time, temporary position encompassing the load-in, performance period, and load-out for the Princeton Festival in June 2025. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Production Assistants work closely with musicians and guest artists, Festival staff, and vendors.

The Venue Manager’s role is to ensure that the Festival site is run smoothly and is well-maintained from setup to teardown. This is a temporary position whose primary purpose is to oversee the general operations of the Princeton Festival’s facilities before, during, and after all concerts. The Venue Manager will report to the Director of Artistic Operations and will work closely with front-of-house, security, concessions, and production staff along with Princeton Symphony Orchestra staff.

Grounds For Sculpture is seeking a highly organized and motivated Development Associate to join our team full-time. Reporting to the Development Manager and supporting the Chief Development Officer, this role is essential to the daily operations of the Development Department, providing administrative, logistical, and strategic support.

he Administrative Associate plays an important role in the effective operations of Young Audiences. Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance and Administration, the Associate will collaborate with staff to undertake the work of administrative and operations support. A high degree of attention to detail, thoroughness, and organization are needed for success in this role. Two River Theater is seeking a Full-Time Building Operations Manager to join our Operations team. Working days/hours vary, with regular night/weekend work required. This position is performed on-site and executes building operations and provides oversight during performances and events.

The Building Operations Manager reports to the Director of Operations and is responsible for building and equipment maintenance. Tasks include but are not limited to hands-on maintenance & repair, light custodial tasks, groundskeeping, safety monitoring, light IT oversight and troubleshooting, event set up & break down, and coordination of work by third-party contractors. FACILITY

Oversee physical maintenance and facility operations of the theater building, grounds, and residential properties;
Take a lead role in planning and execution of any construction and/or renovation project(s);
Procurement of facility and janitorial supplies and equipment;
Manage building system leases and contracts, third-party contractors and related budgets; and
Work closely with the internal and external rentals and event-specific staff members to execute events.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT)

Oversee the Theater’s IT systems, vendors, and office equipment;
Manage and administer software and hardware; and
