The Gallery Host supports daily operations across the Welcome Center, Coat Check, and Galleries, serving as a key member of the Visitor Experience team. Gallery Hosts create a warm, inclusive, and engaging environment for members, visitors, donors, and stakeholders by delivering genuine, high-quality service. Through active visitor engagement and a professional, positive demeanor, Gallery Hosts enthusiastically promote the Museum, its programs, and services while ensuring an exceptional on-site experience.

Reporting directly to the Endowed Chair of Arts in Health, this position will support the Arts in Health Distinguished Residency Program, the Arts in Health Salon and Speakeasy Series, the Scarlet Arts Rx Social Prescribing Program, the Rutgers Well-Being Concert Series, and the Arts in Health Research Lab, a partnership with the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) and Rutgers’ School of Public Health.

The ideal candidate is organized, entrepreneurial, and a skilled communicator. This individual will produce and coordinate high-visibility public events, manage vendor and artist relationships, cultivate institutional partnerships, steward program budgets, build a compelling social media presence, and represent the Arts in Health Initiative professionally.

The Company & Assistant Production Manager is an integral member of the Production Department, supporting both the logistical and operational needs of the organization across all productions and programs. As Company Manager, this position ensures all housing, transportation, and hospitality needs of the company are met, playing a central role in welcoming and supporting artists and personnel across all main stage productions, GSP Selects programs, and the annual Gala. As Assistant Production Manager, this position supports the Production & Operations Manager in the timely and fiscally responsible realization of all GSP main stage productions, GSP Selects programs, educational programs, workshops and classes, and the annual Gala.

The Community Engagement & Educations Programs Associate is a member of the Marketing Department sitting at the intersection of audience development and arts education. Reporting to the Sales & Audience Development Manager, this role supports community engagement efforts that contribute to sales and audience growth and oversees the event logistics for student matinee performances. This role provides support to George Street Playhouse Teaching Artists to ensure successful execution of educational programs, workshops, and classes, providing hands-on support as needed. This role may help the Production team to support department needs for tech rehearsals, preview performances, and opening nights.
