The Count Basie Center for the Arts, in the ever-growing and beautiful downtown Red Bank, New Jersey, is seeking a Scholarship Programs Manager with experience in program management, development and community relations to oversee multiple scholarship programs, including the Basie Center’s Forever For Everyone endowment, and ensure recipients meet all prerequisites. The Scholarship Programs Manager will function under the direction of the Vice President of Education & Outreach and the general direction of the Senior Director of Development.

The Development Team, reporting to the Vice President of Development, is responsible for generating approximately $2.5 million in contributed income, including membership, government, corporate, foundation, and major giving. This role focuses on strengthening donor relationships, increasing year-over-year giving, reengaging lapsed donors, and identifying new prospects. Additionally, this position will oversee the management of the Donor Lounge and collaborate with the Development Team on special events that engage and cultivate donors.

The Sr. Gallery Educator (SGE) reports to the Senior Manager of Engagement (SME).
