McCarter Theatre Center is seeking outgoing, experienced House Managers to lead Front of House operations during each performance. House Managers are critical members of McCarter's Front of House team, providing on-the-ground leadership for all Front of House operations during each performance. Outgoing and motivated, House Managers possess excellent leadership and customer service skills, and are able to multitask in an energetic environment while managing Front of House teams ranging from 15 to 20 individuals, depending on the performance.

The successful candidate is comfortable making unsolicited outreach, scheduling donor meetings, writing compelling grant proposals and reports, including government grants, and managing multiple deadlines.

Liberty Hall, a historic house museum and arboretum in Union, New Jersey, is seeking an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and friendly Special Occasions Coordinator to join our team in a part-time hybrid position.

The Special Occasions Coordinator will work collaboratively with the Executive Director and Director of Grounds to oversee and grow the museum's rental and special occasions program. The Community Programs Manager is responsible for the planning, management, and quality of Nimbus' off-site educational programs — including in-school residencies, afterschool programs, Assembly performances, and community partnerships across Hudson County and beyond.
This is a hands-on leadership role that combines relationship-building, teaching artist management, program coordination, and grant compliance. The right candidate is both strategic and detail-oriented. They are comfortable representing Nimbus in the community, managing a roster of teaching artists, and ensuring that every program reflects Nimbus' values and educational standards.
