We are seeking a Weekend Administrator who will work on Sundays and occasionally on Saturdays. The Weekend Administrator enhances the visitor experience. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional service to museum guests while supporting the operations of the front desk and related areas. The Box Office Associate’s role is to focus on providing exemplary customer service to all patrons of the
PSO by selling individual tickets, subscriptions, and performing customer assistance both over the
phone and in person. This is a part-time, temporary position whose primary purpose is to operate the
box office during the Princeton Festival in June 2025 plus a paid training period March-May 2025.

The Production Assistant’s role is to provide operational support to the artistic and venue management teams. This is a part-time, temporary position encompassing the load-in, performance period, and load-out for the Princeton Festival in June 2025. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Production Assistants work closely with musicians and guest artists, Festival staff, and vendors.

The Venue Manager’s role is to ensure that the Festival site is run smoothly and is well-maintained from setup to teardown. This is a temporary position whose primary purpose is to oversee the general operations of the Princeton Festival’s facilities before, during, and after all concerts. The Venue Manager will report to the Director of Artistic Operations and will work closely with front-of-house, security, concessions, and production staff along with Princeton Symphony Orchestra staff.

Grounds For Sculpture is seeking a highly organized and motivated Development Associate to join our team full-time. Reporting to the Development Manager and supporting the Chief Development Officer, this role is essential to the daily operations of the Development Department, providing administrative, logistical, and strategic support.
