The Princeton University Art Museum’s Audience Engagement Specialist (AES) will foster community learning, creativity, critical thinking, dialogue, and accessibility to the visual arts. The AES will collaborate with local groups, organizations, and University partners to develop beneficial programming on campus and in local spaces. They will nurture partnerships with neighborhood groups, city agencies, University programs, nonprofits, libraries, schools, and civic institutions. The AES will develop, implement, and evaluate inclusive programs, participate in community events, build relationships, and manage public programs. This role requires a flexible schedule, including most Thursday evenings and frequent weekends.

The Director of Finance oversees the financial operations of McCarter Theatre Center and maintains and enhances the organization's financial systems. Reporting to the Executive Director, this leadership team member is a core contributor to the company’s senior leadership team. This role actively contributes to executive discussions with the Board Treasurer and the Finance Committee, ensuring transparency and strategic alignment in financial matters. Responsibilities include managing all financial reports, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, adherence to compliance standards, oversight and improvement of financial policies and procedures, maintaining strong financial controls, and establishing a customer-service oriented culture within the Finance team.

The Community Liaison focuses efforts on three critical areas of activity:

Developing the Symphony’s partnerships with schools and school districts, ensuring the widest possible participation in its school-time Concerts for Young People

Raising awareness of the Symphony’s wide-ranging community programs, education resources and special ticket offers

Providing both administrative and on-site support for the Symphony’s flagship Community Partners and Youth Orchestra programs

House Managers (HM) are outgoing, motivated individuals who possess excellent leadership and customer service skills and must be able to multitask in an energetic environment while managing Front of House team members ranging from 15 – 20 individuals depending on the performance.

McCarter Theatre Center is also looking for friendly and attentive Assistant House Managers to join our Front of House team. As an Assistant House Manager (AHM), you’ll take on a key house management support role, guiding our team of Patron Attendants and Volunteer Ushers ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience for all patrons.
