Vincent Hall leads advocacy and governmental affairs on the federal level at ArtPride New Jersey. Since 2022, he has served as the State Arts Advocacy Captain for Americans for the Arts (AFTA), supporting national efforts to champion public funding for the arts. A founding member of the New Jersey Arts and Culture Administrators of Color (NJACAC), Vincent has worked across sectors to strengthen equity in the cultural field. He helps advance ArtPride’s equity initiatives and serves as the staff liaison to the organization’s Independent Advisory Committee. He also collaborates with the New Jersey Theatre Alliance on the Creating Change Symposium. 

Before joining ArtPride, Vincent worked as a media consultant for a South Jersey production company and as an event assistant at Grounds For Sculpture, managing hundreds of public and private events. A graduate from William Paterson University, where he majored in History.
