Grounds For Sculpture is seeking a part-time (25 hours per week) Corporate Experience Assistant to join our rentals team. The Corporate Experience Assistant will be the main point of contact for all incoming inquiries related to corporate engagement, rentals, and program events. This person will need to be extremely organized as they will be a liaison across many departments.

The Corporate Experience Assistant will be the main point of contact for all incoming inquiries related to corporate engagement, rentals, and program events. Duties and Responsibilities

• Main point of contact is to receive all corporate engagement, rental and program event inquiries that come into Grounds For Sculpture (GFS) such as, Teambuilding, Tours, Meeting Space.
• Serves as the main point of contact to the client and as an internal liaison with other relevant GFS department staff.
• Serve as an ambassador for Grounds For Sculpture to help foster a culture of inclusion for all members, donors, volunteers, and guests.
• Understand all GFS offerings and stay updated on GFS happenings throughout the organization.
• Brings general awareness of GFS offerings to clients on other opportunities to add to their experience.
• Assists with placing holds on the GFS master calendar for review and approval by relevant staff.
• Follow-ups on inquiry leads to confirm questions of bookings or passing on bookings.
• Documents all non-bookings and client feedback to provide GFS an understanding of client choices, impact of competition, cost and other factors for improved policies and procedures
moving forward.
• Informs all relevant staff of updates (booking or non-booking) to close the loop on inquiries, including updates to staff who provide potential client referrals.
• Responsible for sending out client surveys for feedback at the end of every event.
• Attends staff meetings when necessary.
• Composes interdepartmental communications to notify GFS teams (including Guest Services) of scheduled events.
• Serves as a GFS ambassador to foster a culture of inclusion for all members, donors, volunteers, and guests.
• Attends in-house and outside networking events to cultivate relationships.
• Supports the Rentals Department by assisting in execution booked rental events.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Requirement
• Superior Communication Skills (written & verbal, especially phone skills)
• 2-4 years of experience with office administration
• Must have superior knowledge of a variety of software packages including Outlook, MS Teams, Zoom, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience in sales support and/or event execution
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage time and work well under pressure.
• Organizational Skills - ability to determine priority tasks and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Must be comfortable communicating within all levels of the organization.
• Your ability to prioritize and identify deadlines both internally for the team and externally with clients, and delivery on these due dates is another key responsibility.

Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $19.23
