Hundreds of executive, marketing, and development professionals from arts organizations statewide converged at Princeton University for our biennial June arts conference.

Produced in partnership with the Lewis Center for the Arts, and with support from the New Jersey State Council on the Arts, Thrive has grown into the largest professional development event dedicated strictly to confronting the challenges and opportunities facing New Jersey's cultural community.

Thrive Arts Sponsorship Opportunities 2026

Once again, ArtPride New Jersey will convene hundreds of arts and culture professionals, artists, educators, and creative leaders from across the state for the Thrive Arts Conference, New Jersey’s premier professional development gathering for the arts sector.

Presented in partnership with the Lewis Center for the Arts and supported by the New Jersey State Council on the Arts, Thrive brings together executive, marketing, development, programming, and education professionals to explore the challenges and opportunities shaping New Jersey’s cultural ecosystem.

Thrive Arts Conference 2026 will take place on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at the Lewis Arts Complex at Princeton University. Thrive is designed to foster connection, share knowledge, and strengthen the statewide infrastructure that supports arts organizations and creative work in New Jersey.
