Position Overview: The Development Director at bergenPAC will serve as a contributing member of the senior management team to provide strategic leadership and direction for the organization’s fundraising and development initiatives, ensuring sustained growth in contributions and long-term donor engagement. This role involves driving major fundraising campaigns, building robust relationships with individual donors, managing foundation relationships, overseeing grant applications, and managing a development team to support bergenPAC’s mission to provide accessible, world-class arts and education programs. The Director will be able to leverage a network of contacts and donor relationships in the NY/NJ metro philanthropic sector to support these goals.

Liberty Hall, a historic house museum and arboretum in Union, New Jersey, is seeking an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and friendly Museum Operations Coordinator to join the team in a part-time position. The Museum Coordinator will work collaboratively with the Executive Director to oversee the day-to-day running of Liberty Hall. This position requires creativity, positive energy, organizational skills, a strong interest in history, and effective communication.

The Development Associate is responsible for the accurate collection and processing of all donations and grant payments. This includes entering gifts into eTapestry using appropriate financial codes, preparing deposit slips for the finance department, and submitting deposits promptly. After deposits are completed, the Development Associate generates acknowledgment letters for the Executive Director’s signature and ensures timely mailing to donors.

Organizational Overview
Appel Farm Arts & Music Center, a $2.5M non-profit arts and arts education organization located in Elmer, NJ, seeks a part-time Advancement Associate (AA): Individual Giving and Special Events to manage individual giving campaigns (40%), coordinate special giving projects (25%), procure corporate sponsorships (25%) and assist with grant management (10%, as time allows). Additional duties include public relations and marketing to donors.


Position Description
This 32 hour, 4 days a week position works closely with the ELA to grow the advancement activities and department of Appel Farm Arts & Music Center following the strategic plan, budget and goals of the programming and operations departments.
