The Program Assistant works closely with all departments, reports to the Operations Director, and interacts regularly with the visiting public. This is a full-time position with a work week that aligns with evening and weekend programming, generally Tuesday through Saturday. HAM is seeking a customer-focused Visitor Services Coordinator to enhance the visitor experience. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional service to museum guests while supporting the day-to-day operations of the front desk and related areas. The ideal candidate is a proactive, friendly professional who can engage with diverse audiences, manage a small team of part-time staff and volunteers, and represent the museum’s mission with enthusiasm.
