Two River Theater is seeking passionate, early-career artists and administrators to join its Emerging Professionals Program. This season-long, paid residency is designed as a springboard for individuals beginning their careers in the performing arts. Multiple positions are available within our Production Department, including opportunities in costuming, props, lighting, and sound, alongside roles in artistic development and management.

COMPENSATION:
The compensation for this position consists of a weekly rate of $386.80, plus shared housing that is fully furnished and includes all utilities, valued at $250 per week. This brings the total weekly taxable compensation to $636.80, which equals $15.92 per hour for a 40-hour workweek. If housing is not required, the position will be compensated the full weekly amount of $636.80, which equals $15.92 per hour for a 40-hour week. Employees are paid on a bi-weekly schedule.
This is a non-exempt position, meaning overtime pay is available after 40 hours per week, at a rate of $23.88 per hour (time and a half). Travel expense reimbursement may be available.
