The Executive Assistant & Board Liaison is a full-time position that provides high-level administrative support to the President & CEO and is the primary administrative liaison to the New Jersey Symphony Board of Trustees, its committees (Executive, Governance, Finance & Investment, Development, DEI, Education & Community Engagement, Marketing).

bergenPAC’s Development Department seeks a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Development Associate / Database Manager to join our growing team. This full-time position reports to the Director of Development and plays a vital role in supporting all fundraising initiatives by managing the donor database, processing gifts, and assisting with donor communications, reporting, and special events.
