Mayo Performing Arts Center, a 1300-seat non-profit performing arts center in Morristown, seeks a candidate to assist with all areas of the theatre’s digital marketing, including social media content and engagement, data analysis and advertising.

This is a great opportunity for a creative and enthusiastic individual with a passion for the arts, familiarity with digital advertising and social platforms, and an interest in data and trends.

As an essential member of the Marketing team, you will assist with implementing an overall social media content and digital communications strategy to support ticket sales and marketing efforts, build engagement and promote MPAC’s institutional branding and mission.

Please note: This is an on-site, full-time position.

The position of Group Sales & Community Access Manager is charged with increasing audience attendance at the full range of McCarter programming by initiating and cultivating relationships with new and returning group audiences. The ideal candidate will be a “connector” who embodies an enthusiasm for theatre and live performing arts. They will be motivated both by the thrill of a sold-out performance that achieves sales benchmarks, and by a genuine desire to make attending the arts economically accessible for all.
