In this role, Patron Attendants are the first line of engagement with audience members who attend our performances. McCarter Theatre Center is seeking welcoming and focused House Managers to join the Front of House staff. House Managers (HM) are outgoing, motivated individuals who possess excellent leadership and customer service skills and must be able to multitask in an energetic environment while managing Front of House team members ranging from 15 – 20 individuals depending on the performance.

McCarter Theatre Center is also looking for friendly and attentive Assistant House Managers to join our Front of House team. As an Assistant House Manager (AHM), you’ll take on a key house management support role, guiding our team of Patron Attendants and Volunteer Ushers ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience for all patrons.
