The A-1 Audio Engineer works closely with MPAC’s Production staff and crew to deliver high-quality audio support for live events. This role requires strong technical expertise, efficient execution, attention to detail, and experience mixing live entertainment on digital consoles.

The Company & Assistant Production Manager is an integral member of the Production Department, supporting both the logistical and operational needs of the organization across all productions and programs. As Company Manager, this position ensures all housing, transportation, and hospitality needs of the company are met, playing a central role in welcoming and supporting artists and personnel across all main stage productions, GSP Selects programs, and the annual Gala. As Assistant Production Manager, this position supports the Production & Operations Manager in the timely and fiscally responsible realization of all GSP main stage productions, GSP Selects programs, educational programs, workshops and classes, and the annual Gala.

McCarter Theatre Center is seeking Company Management Assistants to join our Production team. Working closely with the Company Manager and Assistant Company Manager, Company Management Assistants play a vital role in supporting the visiting artists who bring our productions to life - helping ensure their time at McCarter is smooth, welcoming, and well-supported. This hands-on role spans artist travel and logistics, housing maintenance, event support, and a range of day-to-day responsibilities that keep our company operations running
