The Community Programs Manager is responsible for the planning, management, and quality of Nimbus' off-site educational programs — including in-school residencies, afterschool programs, Assembly performances, and community partnerships across Hudson County and beyond.
This is a hands-on leadership role that combines relationship-building, teaching artist management, program coordination, and grant compliance. The right candidate is both strategic and detail-oriented. They are comfortable representing Nimbus in the community, managing a roster of teaching artists, and ensuring that every program reflects Nimbus' values and educational standards.
